Tuesday morning, getting ready for business...

Hello there, well I'm happy to report that I was finally able to procure a P.O. Box this morning. This will allow me to send out letters (eventually professionally printed postcards) to possible leads I come across in my travels. In other news, my real estate agent friend (the one that used to work with me at the paper) sent me another lead this morning as well. So I'll be doing a CMA on it and seeing if there's a deal there or not, it could lead to something! Things are started to fall in place and we're going to make something happen. I fully understand and believe that you simply Can Not sit back and wait for something to happen, you'll be waiting a very LONG time. You have to pro-actively go out and get it, if you're hungry enough, you'll come out of your comfort zone to get the food you desire. That's what's happening now. I've been doing my homework, the background work, now it's time to put that knowledge to work for me and generate some business. If I can one deal behind me, then I can start turning to other methods of marketing as well. Methods which will allow me to work smarter, not harder and that's the goal.
