Making New Friends...

Good morning, hope you had a more restful night than me. My son woke up about 6 times between 12:00 midnight and 2:30am, then he decided he'd just stay awake until 3:30am or so. After that, my sleeping patterns were pretty much thrown off and I couldn't hardly get back to sleep. So now I'm sort of a walking zombie. But that's OK, he's well worth a few sleepless nights! Well I'm starting to make new friends in the business. I've gotten several emails from other investors who want to share ideas, meet, have dinner or buy properties I have (which I don't yet have). My network is growing and will get to a respectable size soon I think. I have several investors in my distribution lists and a few Realtors as well. This network will become my life line to the real estate community and will prove its worth in time. The old saying used to be "he who lives by the sword, dies by the sword" it may well apply to your network now. You will live or die by the size, quality and effectiveness of your network...that's how important it is. I'll continue to build mine daily.
