Good morning, hope you had a great weekend...

It's Monday yet again and what will this week hold in store? I'm never too sure on that particular subject. I just try to roll with the punches, go with the flow and a few other overused cliches. I think you absolutely must be flexible in this business because things change daily and in some instances hourly. There's a saying in prize fighting that "everyone has a plan until they get hit" and I think that applies perfectly here as well. I had plans to buy that red brick house from my friend for a nice price and sell it for a tidy profit a couple of weeks later...that went right out the door after the first phone call, but it took almost two weeks for the drama to play out just to learn that it wasn't going to happen. I think that's going to happen many, many more times and I'll just have to deal with it! But consider the day lost when you don't learn something new, and I'm constantly learning, sharpening my tools of the trade and increasing my knowledge daily. It's sort of the tortoise and the hare mentality, in the beginning it's quite slow, but I'm sure and steady and in the long run when my education and experience meet up, I'll come out on top. Well that's about all the philosophy I have today, I hope that makes some sense. I'll be driving for dollars some more this week and looking for houses among a few other strategies.
