Driving for dollars...

Today we're going to head out and cruise through some older neighborhoods where we're more likely to come across homes in disrepair with owners looking to sell. We're going to drive around and get some ideas of houses, write down the addresses and do a little research on them. After that, we'll hit 'em with letters, postcards or phone calls, something to see if we can get our foot in the door and eventually make an offer. The idea is to find the perfect house, offer them some cash to take it off their hands, rehab it and sell for market value. That's the theory, we'll see how it plays out in practice. I hope to get those videos up today or tomorrow. Also, today I'm posting the last video in the 8 part series of Mitch answering questions. This is golden, so make sure you check it out and take notes. I'll also be continuing to work on my full-time job and split my time between the two careers.
