New week, new hope...

Good morning, hope you all had a wonderful weekend. We got a nice reprieve from the rain here in San Antonio and the sunshine was much welcomed. Today I hope to get more time with Mitch and get a few more questions answered. I'll post five of my questions here today in this blog and five tomorrow and so on until I get them all posted. Also, I happened across an advertisement for a realtor who happens to be someone I worked with at the newspaper about 4 or 5 years ago...she's a realtor now, but used to work on the website at the paper. I've sent her a message to see if we can reconnect and help each other out with real estate, so I'm looking forward to hearing from her. I'll let you know how that turns out. It's important to build a strong network and she may become a window into a whole different world for me, so I'm excited about the prospect.
