A new day and a new way, to make money…

Today I’m going to learn a little about sandwich lease options from my mentor Joe Ponce. He’s a very creative guy with a penchant for finding deals in just about any niche. So I’m looking forward to that conversation. Also today, I’m hoping to rendezvous with Shannon and get her CMA on my potential deal and then talk with Mitch about moving forward or backing off. It’s an exciting proposition either way, and I think I’m starting to learn more and understand the process a little better. I’ll keep you posted on that one. I ordered my BizPlan last night from www.WealthAddress.Com and I’ll show you how easy that was, hopefully this morning. So I should get that in a day or so and get to work filling it out and then hit the streets with it to hustle up some money for investing. With any luck this week, and things don’t get too busy for Mitch and his crew, hopefully we’ll get to take a look at the houses I was talking about yesterday that are in various stages of the investment process.
