Mitch is on vacation, still no time to play...

Good morning, it's Tuesday July 10 and Mitch is heading for Mexico for some R&R and he'll be gone for a while. But as I mentioned in last night's blog, he's left plenty of tasks for me to take care of in his absence. Of course the hotel he's staying in has wireless Internet, so he can offer me encouragement and advice from afar if so necessary. Today we hope to meet up with Jason Stephen and take a look at one or two properties that he and Mitch are working on. That should be entertaining and enlightening, we'll get to see a little more of the investment process at work here. Jason's a great guy and his knowledge base is incredible and growing daily, Mitch trusts him to run many of the investments himself. That's a pretty substantial compliment from Mitch, that means he can count on Jason and rightfully so. We're fortunate to get to meet yet another person in Mitch's highly successful team. There's a lot to learn and if we keep surrounding ourselves with knowledgeable people, willing to help us out, we'll be on the right track much faster than if we had to go it alone. So make sure you're paying attention, there will be some pretty big lessons this week and they will come pretty fast and furiously.
