It's Friday once again...

Good morning all, hope you had a restful evening. I wish I could say I did, but that painfully was not the case. I worked on getting my computer back up until around midnight (it's still down by the way) and then when I finally went to bed, my throat was so swollen and I was so uncomfortable that it was nearly impossible to fall asleep. Oh well, we all have days/nights like that...I've just had a whole week like that, next week will be better. Besides, if you never had hard times, how could you ever truly appreciate the good times. Well today, I've been promised, is the day I will receive the pay off amount for the red brick house and we should know today whether or not we're moving forward with said house. After the week I'm having, I sure could use a little good news today. In the meantime, driving home the other day I found a house that appears to be abandoned and some disrepair. Now what I have to do is track down the owner of the house and then make an offer. If it works out, that would be great, the house is in my neighborhood so I could easily keep an eye on my investment.
