Hope you enjoyed your Indepedence Day...

The Fourth of July is wrapping up and I'm turning in early. My computer bit the dust today and I can do no more (I'm on my brother's laptop now) hopefully tomorrow the geek squad or somebody can fix it up for me so I can get back in business. Also, hopefully I haven't lost any of my information, we'll see tomorrow. Cross your fingers. I'm still waiting to hear the final numbers on the red brick house, my seller didn't have the payoff amount for me today since it was a holiday. He says he'll have it tomorrow, when I get it I'll relay that info. to Mitch and we'll follow his advice. Today was a rough day for me, my computer crashed (completely) and my throat is starting to hurt, I hope I'm not getting sick. Then my son hit his little mouth on the coffee table and made his gums bleed...it broke my heart. He's fine now, but I'm not sure I am, I can't handle my boy getting hurt. Anyway, tomorrow will be better and I hope to get a lot accomplished and further advance my knowledge and work towards my first deal.
