Friday once again...

Questions, that's the theme for today. Hopefully we'll get a chance to ask some and get some great answers that will put us on the right track. Well the week is winding down, but the lessons keep coming steady and true. Today we should get a chance to talk to Mitch again and gain some more insight from him. Also, weather permitting, we will hopefully get a change to meet with Jason Stephen again at the house on El Charro. I believe it's finished now, but they were having some trouble getting the dumpster removed from the front yard. I think it's gone now, so we might get a chance to sneak over there and get some finished-product shots. Maybe we can ask him what projects he has up his sleeve and maybe get a little more information from him about his marketing strategies. I would love to know what the status of the house on Larchmont is...did they wholesale, are they rehabbing, questions, questions, questions. I would also like to go over a few of the questions my brother and I put together for the mentors. I think these are questions that many of you have and would like answers to as well, so with any luck we'll get to those over the next week or so. I believe there's somewhere around 25 questions ranging from deal finding/deal making to financing percentages and what sort of professional services are required to everything in between. So I'm looking forward to getting some answers, once I have that information, it will build my confidence and empower me to more easily do the tasks that will soon be set before me.
