Back for more...

I hope everyone enjoyed their Independence Day yesterday...I'm looking forward to my own personal Independence Day when my real estate investing career gets to that level. It's Thursday morning and today I hope to get the final details on the red brick house so we can move on with it or move on from it. I also hope to gain some more knowledge and education today in the arena of contracts (if I get to put an offer on the redbrick house) and better understand how all that works. It's exciting and I hope things go well, but as I said before this is a big city with lots of houses and there will be other deals if this just doesn't work. My computer is still down, but I hope to get it fixed today and back up soon. We don't realize how much we take them for granted until they stop working...then you quickly understand how important they are and what a huge chunk of our time and life are consumed by their use. So, hopefully I'll get it back in shape and it won't cost me an arm and a leg and I won't have lost anything I need.
