My partner Joe Ponce and I founded WealthAddress.com as a place where Real Estate investors can go to continue their education, ask for help from experienced investors around the country and the world. To make learning from the ground up more interesting Joe and I decided to find a novice investor and document his journey as we mentor him to his first ever real estate investment purchase. We found theperfect person for the job... Wesley O'Neill.
